Perfectly located, this stunning townhouse is just a 3-minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay. Imagine parking the car and enjoying the benefit of having restaurants, shops and entertainment on your doorstep!

Unit 9 ‘Bushmans’, at 24 Tomaree Street is a great base to explore and do all the fun things in the area, from dolphin watching to sunset cruises. The sheltered beaches are ideal for families with young children and a scenic ferry ride to Tea Gardens on the northern shore is a wonderful way to enjoy the sparkling inlet.

The townhouse is tastefully furnished throughout, split level and has 3 bedrooms; making it ideal for families, couples, or for a small group of friends wanting to get away from it all!

There is a private, fully fenced yard with an outdoor BBQ area – room for the kids to play and for adults to relax after the day’s excursions!

The three large bedrooms are upstairs, and the master has a TV and balcony. Downstairs has a stunning open plan lounge and dining, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

To complete your comfort, the “Bushmans” has air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom.

The townhouse has everything you need and more, with a touch of class to top it off – the upstairs balcony has filtered water views to enjoy those late afternoon drinks.

Cancer Council’s Pink Ribbon campaign is close to our hearts, and it aims to raise awareness about breast and gynaecological cancers, as well as raise funds for prevention programs, support services and vital cancer research.

Breast cancer remains the most common cancer among Australian women (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer). Every day in Australia, around 50 women are diagnosed with breast or gynaecological cancer. Survival rates continue to improve in Australia with 89 out of every 100 women diagnosed with invasive breast cancer now surviving five or more years beyond diagnosis.

Last year we raised an amazing $2,800.00 for breast cancer research – help us beat this record and raise the much-needed funds to combat this disease which affects so many.

Call in at the Cardiff office to buy a raffle ticket and make some pink ribbon purchases. Or send us an email to: mail@apnewcastle.com.au.
