General Repairs
We require all repairs to be lodged in writing. You can use one of the repair request forms we provided to you in our lease pack at the commencement of your lease or the digital repair request form linked at the bottom of this page.
Emergency Repairs
Any breakdown or failure needs to be reported to our office as soon as it is noticed. Emergency items are generally those that could cause injury to the tenant or damage to the property, and may include:
- Water pipes
- Blocked or broken toilet
- Serious roof leak or gas leak
- Dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding, rainwater inundation
- Serious storm, fire or impact damage
- Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
- Failure or breakdown of an essential service
- Hot water service failure
- Fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
After hours emergency repairs. Should an emergency repair be required after-hours then you need to contact our office on 02 4954 8833 (24 hours) prior to arranging any emergency repairs personally.
