While we can now hold open homes for both sales and property management, our beautifully presented 360 virtual tours are a massive point of difference and they make sure your property is top of the list for the target buyer / tenant.
These quality produced tours give the potential buyer the feeling of actually being inside the property. We’ve found these virtual tours allow people to become far more emotionally engaged with a property before they come to a viewing, and as a result are often more committed to putting in an offer.
Because our tours are enhanced by an enticing description, this digital experience is resulting in some buyers actually putting offers in without even seeing the property for real.

Open viewings
As of Saturday 9 May 2020, the government allowed us to hold open homes for both sales and property management.
Rest assured, when we do hold open viewings, the safety for all involved comes first – no more so than the owner of the property.
We ask all visitors at open homes and private viewings to:
- Refrain from touching any surfaces
- Use hand sanitiser
- Keep at least 1.5 metres apart
- And most importantly we ask potential buyers not to attend if they have been in contact with anyone who has COVID- 19 or travelled overseas in the last 14 days.
