We’ve found these virtual tours allow people to become far more emotionally engaged with a property before they come to a viewing, and as a result are often more committed to putting in an offer.

Open viewings

As of Saturday 9 May 2020, the government allowed us to hold open homes for both sales and property management.

Rest assured, when we do hold open viewings, the safety for all involved comes first – no more so than the owner of the property.

We ask all visitors at open homes and private viewings to:

• Refrain from touching any surfaces
• Use hand sanitiser
• Keep at least 1.5 metres apart
• And most importantly we ask potential buyers not to attend if they have been in contact with anyone who has COVID- 19 or travelled overseas in the last 14 days.
