All too often unfortunately when we see things go wrong with tenants for unforeseen circumstances, the insurance companies find a reason not to pay out when the owner really needed it.

From our experience, these tend not to be professional Landlord insurance products but an add-on Landlord product to their residential home and contents insurance.

So who in our experience gives the best results for our landlords? When things go wrong we usually see owners who have taken out landlord insurance with Terri Scheer and EBM get the best results.

Terri Scheer Insurance is currently offering all customers taking out a new Landlord Preferred or Scheer Short Stay Policy from 1 June through until 30 June, 15 months cover for the price of 12.
