Andriessen Property have a staff of 14, and whilst most real estate agencies do property management as a sidekick to the sales team, we pride ourselves on having a highly experienced team, known as “Newcastle Property Management”.

Our specialist property management team has managed thousands of residential and commercial properties for investors for over 40 years.

Craig and Fred Andriessen spend many hours a week working in this division, together with our five dedicated employees who spend 100% of their time caring for our property owners.

They are:

Kellie Andriessen (nee Olney): Kellie started her career in our Property Management Department in 1989. Kellie is a fully Licenced Real Estate Agent and Partner in our office and with over 25 years of experience, you will be hard pushed to find a more experienced Property Manager.

Sharon Thompson: Sharon has been with us for 15 years, and she is the back bone of this department. She makes sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed on the paperwork and accounting side! Although she’s behind the scenes most of the time, many of you will know her smiling face and ‘can do’ attitude.

Anne Ghazaleh: (Nee Teasdale) Anne started with our company as a trainee to Sharon in 1999 and worked her way up to being a senior property manager. After travelling overseas for many years, getting married, and having two boys, it is great to have her back in our team.

Janine Morrison: Janine joined the team in 2014 after working for a large corporate company and the vast majority of our owners and tenants have quickly gotten to know her for her expedience and matter of fact approach.

Anne and Janine work hand in hand with Kellie in organising the leasing, routine inspections, arranging repairs, arrears management and the check out process for our tenants.

Katie Musgrove: Katie joined Andriessen Property in 2013, first of all in the Sales Department overseeing the property marketing and then promoted to Newcastle Property Management mid 2015. Katie is the happy face that greets you when you call into our office.
